This notice explains how Webinar Studio Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information submitted through the enquiry form on this website.
Webinar Studio Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact us at info@webinarstudio.co.uk with any question about this notice or your information.
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organisation, email address, and, where you choose to give it, a phone number and a message about your organisation.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interests, specifically responding to enquiries from people who have proactively contacted us.
We use Web3Forms to process website enquiries and Microsoft Outlook to receive and manage our email. These service providers process enquiry information so we can receive and respond to your message. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless it is needed for an ongoing enquiry or client relationship. We periodically review our records and delete information we no longer need. If you become a client, relevant information is retained for providing our services and meeting applicable legal and accounting obligations.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@webinarstudio.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information.
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
