How we work with you.

From the first conversation to the final follow up, see how we plan, prepare and deliver every webinar alongside your team.

Your members want
more from you.

Membership organisations know they should be running regular webinars, but many teams struggle to find the time or technical know-how to do it consistently. Wherever you're starting from, we can help.

Starting From Scratch

Planning your first webinar programme and want it set up properly from day one, without learning the technical side yourselves.

Restarting After a Pause

You've run webinars before and they worked. Other priorities took over. We'll help you pick the programme back up and keep it running.

Making It Consistent

Already running occasional sessions and ready to turn them into a proper, reliable programme your members can count on.

Business experience and
webinar production expertise.

Webinar Studio was founded by Paul and Jack, combining business experience with hands-on webinar production. We work exclusively with membership organisations, and understand the wants and needs of a membership organisation and its members, from governance to CPD requirements.

Paul Magen, co-founder of Webinar Studio

Paul Magen

Paul brings more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience, built around Paul Magen, his design-led jewellery business based in London's Hatton Garden. He has taken that business online, and in 2016 founded a second brand, Phira London, working with recycled metals and Hatton Garden craftspeople to create gender-neutral jewellery. That experience running and growing more than one business, and building lasting client relationships, shapes how Webinar Studio works with its own clients.

Jack Magen, co-founder of Webinar Studio

Jack Magen

Jack built webinar programmes from scratch for organisations that had never run them before, including Nest Pensions and IAM RoadSmart, where he set up a full webinar calendar for members using Microsoft Teams. Before co-founding Webinar Studio, he spent seven years in webinar production, also working with membership and trade bodies including the Anaerobic Digestion & Bioresources Association, the World Biogas Association and the Flexible Space Association.

We build long-term relationships with our clients and aim for a consistent standard on every webinar. Consistent, well-run webinars are one of the clearest ways a membership organisation can show its members what their subscription is worth.

Everything your
webinar needs.
Delivered properly.

We take on the production side of your webinar programme, from platform setup to the final follow-up. You bring the topic, speakers and your members; we handle the tasks below to make the session run well. Attendees, speakers and co-hosts join with a simple link, with no specialist software for them to buy or manage.

01

Setup & Platform

We configure everything, including registration pages, speaker access, branding and technical checks, so the day is properly prepared.

02

Speaker Briefings

We prepare and brief every speaker in advance, ensuring they are confident, on-brand and ready to deliver.

03

Live Hosting

We manage the entire live event, including introductions, Q&A, technical issues and time-keeping, so you're not managing it on the day.

04

Recording & Follow-Up

Every webinar is recorded and delivered with attendance reports and agreed follow-up communications ready to send.

Additional support, agreed separately

05

Content Repurposing

Where it's agreed as part of your programme, we turn recordings into clips, summaries and social content to extend their reach.

06

Programme Strategy

For ongoing programmes, we help you plan a webinar calendar that fits your organisation and your members.

Try it with a
free pilot webinar.

We're offering a small number of membership organisations a free pilot webinar. We'll handle platform setup, speaker briefing, live hosting and recording. Your team provides the topic and speakers and invites members as normal. In return, we ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy with the experience, a testimonial.

Discuss a pilot webinar

If it goes well, we can talk through what an ongoing programme would look like for your organisation, scoped around what you need.

Simple for you.
Seamless for your members.

1

Discovery Call

We learn about your organisation, your members, and what you want to achieve with your webinar programme.

2

We Agree What's Next

Whether that's your pilot session or a full programme, we agree the details and set up everything behind the scenes.

3

We Deliver

You brief us on the topic and speaker. We handle the agreed production tasks before, during and after the event.

4

Review & Plan Ahead

We share the recording, attendance report and feedback, then talk through whether that's a next session or an ongoing programme.

A clear split of
responsibilities.

Your Organisation

  • Chooses the topic and supplies the speakers.
  • Provides and approves presentation content.
  • Invites members through its usual communications channels.
  • Approves branding and key event details.

Webinar Studio

  • Sets up the webinar platform and registration.
  • Briefs speakers and coordinates technical preparation.
  • Manages live hosting and production.
  • Records the session and supplies agreed follow-up materials.

Programme planning and content repurposing, such as clips, summaries and social content, are scoped and agreed with each client rather than included automatically.

A few things
people ask first.

Who is the service for?

Membership organisations, professional bodies and trade associations that want to run regular webinars without taking on the extra workload themselves.

Can you help us restart a paused webinar programme?

Yes. If you've run webinars before and they've stalled, we can help you pick the programme back up and keep it running consistently.

Who supplies the topic and speakers?

Your organisation chooses the topic and provides the speakers. We brief them and handle everything around the session itself.

Who invites members?

Your organisation invites members through your usual communication channels. We handle the production side of the event.

What does the pilot include?

Platform setup, speaker briefing, live hosting and recording for one webinar, at no cost. In return we ask for honest feedback and, if you're happy with how it went, a testimonial.

Can we discuss an ongoing programme?

Yes. Whether after the pilot or from the start if you'd prefer, we can talk through what an ongoing webinar programme would look like for your organisation.

Let's discuss your
webinar plans.

Tell us about your organisation and what you'd like to achieve. We'll arrange a 30-minute conversation to discuss a first session or an ongoing programme.

No commitment required. We'll confirm a time within 48 hours. See our privacy notice for how we handle your information.
